What You Need to Know about the Career Evaluation Process
Before you start, please read this introduction. It will optimize your results.
Your decision to complete our process is voluntary based on your desire to pursue a career with the company. We expect you will answer all questions accurately, honestly and thoroughly; and to the best of your knowledge and belief.
If the commpany considers that you’re suitable to continue the career process, your answers will be discussed and verified during interviews.

Completing the Questionnaires You will be presented with different sections to complete; follow the instructions for each and try to ensure you complete each section without interruption.
Do not click through sections without responding OR pause, refresh or go back to a previous page. The system will auto submit your application at the end of the process.
Questionnaires are Not TestsThe process questionnaires are different to tests we did in school. Other than one timed section, there are no ‘right or wrong’ or ‘good or bad’ answers.
What We’re Looking For The questionnaires you’ll complete during the process provide insight about your unique makeup and preferred way of being, ie. your underlying personality traits and characteristics.
The questionnaires are specifically configured for the job role you’ve applied for; and the traits and characteristics we’re looking for have been performance-validated with people working in the actual job role.
The process is an exploration of the fit between your personal characteristics and the job role and company, so unlike conventional thinking, higher scores are not necessarily better. Accordingly, the process will evaluate if the job role and company are right for you; and that you’re the right person for the job role and the company. It must be right for both!
We therefore recommend you answer the questions honestly in terms of how you see yourself now, not who you’d like to be or who you think an employer is looking for.
Answer quickly and accurately as this gives the best picture of who you are. Don’t over think the questions as you’ll usually know what your tendencies are and what you might usually do.
Response Integrity To ensure the process is fair for all, it includes detection methods that verify the integrity of your responses, so you’re not disadvantaged by people who may:
respond in a ‘socially desirable’ way to present a more favorable image by not giving honest answers
provide sporadic, rapid, random or inattentive responses because they’re not concerned with being accurate and just want to get through it
provide repetitive responses by clicking consecutive items with the same response
prolong their response time so they can deconstruct and analyze questions in the hope of portraying themselves better
